Live video or native dynamic?
A looping MP4 and a native macOS dynamic HEIC background are different products. A video scene needs a compatible player; a native dynamic background changes still images over time or appearance. Our current browser demos do not establish HEIC support.
Compose for the whole screen
Many MacBook displays use a 16:10 layout. A 16:9 scene can crop at the sides or leave unused space depending on the player. Our planned originals reserve safe space around the clock, notch and icon column.
Before installing
Check the final product’s macOS version, file format, player requirement and any separate app cost. Test fullscreen and battery pause behavior in your chosen player. The local Motion Realms Mac app uses Phosphene on macOS 26+. Screen saver and lock-screen behavior depends on the OS, player and selected scene; check the released pack’s compatibility details.
